lol because when watching blu-rays, the fans run nearly at full speed (maybe the rpm setting right below full speed), constantly from about the br disc menu screen. The fans are much calmer during gameplay.
edit: yeah it's a launch 60 gig
but it's babied, and I play alot of blu-ray's with it. But are yall serious? Quiet, hardly. I don't think it's faulty.

That I love the ps3 and have proven my support by buying 2 of them. However, the ps3 fails as a good blu-ray player for me because no matter how much I try to clean it, I can't get ALL of the dust out of mine I've had for 6+ months and therefore IT IS SOO DAMN LOUD WHEN I PLAY BLU-RAY MOVIES. The fans kick on nearly full speed ahead, even with ac on in the room, and excess noise=turn up the volume=suckage.
Loud fans on a movie player = bad.

Your comment has FAIL written all over it.
It means that any content you create in games such as LBP can be used by Sony or anyone else without having to cite it as your work. Like if they make a commercial and happen to show your user created LBP level, you can't sue them for some $.
I really wanted this game to be good.
They need to break WoW and move on to SC2.
